Journal Entry #5 (Digital Wellness)

1. yes, I have considered how technology has a negative effect on me because when I'm on social media a lot it makes me moody.

2. activities that I can do to stay away from technology is cadets, fitness, sports, math/study for a test, go and play with your friends after school or on the weekend and finally take a nap for the rest of the day. 

3. what I think the biggest issue when it comes to young people with  digital is that they don't make time to go outside and also that they don't make time to be with there families they are always in their rooms.
